Hello everyone. I have just installed the new (free) Nikon NX Studio software, on both my MacBook Pro (macOS 11.2.2) and my Dell XPS 13 (latest Win 10 64bit). The software runs perfectly on macOS but will not start up on Win 10. Watching the process monitor, it runs for 2 secs without bringing up a window, then either crashes or is killed (there seem to be no log files).
I'm guessing the issue is related to access to the laptop USB port(s) for Nikon Transfer.
Has anyone else experienced this? I assume NX Studio runs for at least some Win 10 users. I have logged a report with Nikon in the meantime.
