I just did another one a couple of hours ago, but have not gotten to processing it yet.
Maybe tomorrow I will get it on here.

OK I decided to do it right before bed. I've been thinking about doing this one for a couple of days now, just got to it today.
As our Christmas has been spent in the childrens ward with our 10 month old girl, i've not had a chance to take any christmas pictures at all...we barely managed to open our presents. laptop still dead too. Once i've gotten back to normality I will post some pictures. Some great shots on here though..I love the close ups of the decorations.
I've managed to get a shot on my camera, quality isnt very good, however at short notice it was the best I could get without getting my 7100 hooked up to the laptop for processing. This is my daughter Eden trying to enjoy a belated first Christmas. Poor wee thing has been through a lot this last week.
Thanks for your kind words. I have recovered from the dreaded bug, but started a new job last Monday, so my photographic time has had to take a back seat and this is the first time I have been on the site for a number of days. Next Thursday I am attending an outdoor night class for light photgraphy, have paid for it, so will attend despite the fact that I am out at work on a number of evenings this week. But thank you and the other folk for your continuing encouraging words. It's a marathon not a sprint for me.Tony, the stomach bug is going around here in the States, too. I've been spared so far (knock on wood) but felt a little queasy today. It's a good way to get out of work, though. Tell everyone you have the stomach bug and they're running the other way, wanting you to go home and take a day or two off.
And to think, I was just about to ask you how Lightroom was going. Hopefully, now that you're feeling better, you'll get on that for those of us waiting impatiently for your progress updates.
@Nicole - As creative as I am, I've never figured out that two candy canes make a heart. You learn something new every day. A very nice image.
Tony, I'm glad to hear you're better--and I understand about work forcing photography into the back seat. It's an unfortunate reality for many of us. I've just started a new semester at the college where I teach, and I just landed a big freelance project, so I have a feeling I'll be here less than I already am.
Still, I hope you enjoy that night class! This is the light painting class, yes? That should be loads of fun. Can't wait to see what you come away with.

Sounds like a great class Tony, keep us posted on how it goes. Looking farward to seeing some of the results. I agree it's a long term learning curve for me too. And finding the time to get out with my beloved 7100 has gotten harder over the last few weeks.
