Ive tried turning it on and off and recording video clips to compare at various focal lengths and cant seem to figure out what if any effect its having.

is my camera faulty? or is it just extremely subtle?

I thought the video would be FAR more stabilized than what i'm seeing.

if its having any effect at all its so insignificant i can barely notice it.

Only thing i really notice is when i begin to pan its MAYBE a tiny bit smoother. but has a sudden jerk with it turned on when i begin to pan. only being slightly smoother after i start panning.

but holding the camera as steady as i can. i can't really tell. MAYBE?

Should it be more obvious?

ive tried also recording at different video resolutions to see if maybe it only works on some other resolution. but nope.
