Recently purchased a Z6 ii and was wondering if anyone new if it was better to Leave IBIS on along with super telephoto lens stabilization or if you should chose one or the other. On a somewhat related note, would it be better to turn both off when mounted to a gimbal head being used for bird photography?

I don't use mirrorless nor IBIS and both for the same reason
I don't use any kind of VR: it costs time at capture.
On a gimbal — or any stable platform — it is not useful.
I am an old bear with long time old habits… just opinions.
