I have a Z6II, and have recently encountered this problem. When I press the image playback button to view my photos, it triggers the shutter release instead. I've emailed Nikon and am awaiting a reply (Christmas Holiday), but. Was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue.
Firmware version C 1.02 LF 1.01

I am not having that camera, so take the next as a guess:
Check in the menu what function you have assigned to the playback button.
