I needed a new camera and saw reviews that the new point and shoots with just awesome!  Maybe they are but I grabbed a Sony ZV-1 based on reviews and what a dud!  I missed my old Nikon and after days of research went with a Z6ii.  Had to stretch the budget but figure this camera will serve me well.  I do need to read up on how to work it!

Learning curves...I got my first D700 in March of this year and have it about 70% figured out, (working on low light street photography now).  Affinity Photo is another thing to learn, I'm at maybe 20% with that, but know it's the best $50.00 I spent in photography!  Read, watch some youtube tutorials, and get out and try stuff.

I just saw an ad for Affinity, it's on sale, $34.99 for a limited time.  You own the license, and pay no more.
