I use a Retinal Camera at work that utilizes a D90 camera back to capture the images.

I'm trying to get the D90 to output the image to a monitor using the HDMI output, which I can only do if I unplug the Retinal Camera's USB from the D90 first.  I'd like to not have to continually plug and unplug the USB output just so I can us the HDMI output.

Is there a setting in the D90 somewhere that will allow both plugs to remain in place?

The owners manual doesn't seem to address this issue.

Thanks for any suggestions!
