I recently purchased a used D850 from B&H and I want to make sure that the issue is not my mistake before returning the camera. I seem to get pink "blocks" appearing on images randomly. At times it is almost every image, and then i can go hundreds without it occurring. Does anyone know what causes this? I saw one with a green-static, and "other images" instead of pink as well, but in my attempts to figure out the problem I have formatted the card and can't reproduce the green-static.

That looks like file corruption. To go safe, reformat the card in the
camera and do a test session… whatever the subject as you just
want to see if it is the end of it.

If not, try a new "formatted in the camera" card and do a test ses-
sion.
Then, if seen again, you should return the camera.

I have two of those but did not experience anything like it. Good luck!
