Flash SB-5000 does not connect to the WR-R10 / WR-T10 Remote Controller

I have a Nikon D750 camera, Flash Speedlight SB-5000 with firmware 14.004, and Wireless Remote Controller WR-R10 / WR-T10 with firmware 3.0. Following guidelines from the respective manuals and the Nikon SB-5000 Video Tutorial, Radio AWL Part 2 - Establishing a Wireless Connection, I can establish a wireless connection between the WR-R10 and WR-T10, but I cannot establish a connection between the WR-R10 and Flash Speedlight when remote, even using the same channels and with the remote control mode "ON" on the camera. The answer is always "NO RESPONSE" and therefore I can only use the remote flash in optical mode and not in radio mode as I want to use it. I have also watched several videos of this theme and still I can't get the connection. Does anyone have any tips ?
