D90 manual mode shutter only goes to 30 asa then bulb

Good Day,

I picked up a used D90 and when attempting to use the manual mode and set the shutter, it will only go to 30 asa and then to bulb. Is there some setting I need to change to allow me to use asa 100, 200, 500, etc? I have yet to find that. Thanks.
