D200 Internal storage

Hi
I have Nikon D200 with bent cf card slot , so I can't use the card anymore. Im thinking to use the internal memory but Its shows only Demo photos! someone says there is a switch between the cf and the internal storage on back of the camera!! I see none!
Help Please!

AFAIK, there is no internal storage except the buffer in the D200.

AFAIK, there is no internal storage except the buffer in the D200.

… or in any other body, the buffer is a very short lived memory.

There was some speculation that there would be some internal storage when they were released, but there is none.

The card slot itself is bent, or are the pins of the slot bent?

 

Unless they are broken off, you might be able to straighten them put.

I had only once a bent pin.
I use very fine tweezers to solve the problem.

The card slot itself is bent, or are the pins of the slot bent?

Unless they are broken off, you might be able to straighten them put.


The camera slot is bent inside: two of them. Tried the tweezers but couldn't not make it! it was too hard to move!
