New user here... I have a brand new Z 6 and am unable to connect it to a smart device. I have tried speaking with tech support but that has not resolved the issue. My camera freezes when I select the Start Pairing option under Pairing (Bluetooth) option under Connect to Smart Device. The only way I can get the camera to work after this is to remove the battery. I fear that my bluetooth card inside the camera is inoperable, because the option to select the Bluetooth connection OFF or ON menu is greyed out under Pairing (Bluetooth) under Connect to Smart Device. Could someone please look at yours and see if this option is greyed out if you have successfully connected your camera to a smart device? I have both the updated firmware 3.0 and the most recent SnapBridge app. I alsohave never successfully connected the camera before to the app, something I cant seem to get Nikon Tech Support to understand, as their only response to date has been to delete the profiles in the app and on the camera to get this to work. Their communication has been by email, which has made things frustratingly slow. Thank you for any help and I apologize for this being a long post just wanted to get it across that I have tried everything I know of to get this working
