I am capturing the red squares and the frame outline in my pictures. If I use all the the sensors the screen and picture has captured exactly what I saw. If I switch to single spot focus it floats about and I have to hit ok to bring it back to center but location is not the problem... It’s the fact that it is in my pictures. Didn’t always have this problem so I made a change that has caused this. Anyone know how to or what settings need attention. Help.

If I understand your issue, then it is related to the fact that you see the AF sensor field when viewing your photos.

The camera indeed stores the information of which focus points were used for a picture - this information is however not combined into the picture, but can be shown as an overlay on top of the picture.

You can set/unset a few options, including viewing focal points, by entering the camera MENU and choosing the playback menu (triangle style icon on the left) then choosing the ‘Playback options’. With the issue you mention I would suspect that the first of the options is set, if so unset it.
On a computer some software will also allow to view it (again: it is not part of the picture and can be disabled). How to do it here, depends on your software.

As regards your second point on the focus point moving « around » and while you might have a preference for a specific unique position (f.i. Center AF point) :
Move the AF point(s) where you want it/them to stay, then TURN the switch on the right of the LCD screen, which has a position marked as L, to L (now the position is Locked)
