"Nikon For Professionals" Cleaning Kit?

Something that turned up in a job lot of camera accessories I got a few days ago - a vinyl pouch marked "Nikon For Professionals" containing a "hurricane blower" puffer brush and a plastic bag (with Nikon logo) containing a few lens tissues.

Is this actually an official Nikon product? If so, what else would there have been in there?
