problem with photo transfer

Hello everyone! 

 

I just bought a NIkon D3500 and I'm new to this forum. I'm not sure if my post is right for this topic, so I'm sorry in advance if I'm not, but I coudn't find a topic for SnapBridge support.

My pictures are showing fine on my camera but when I transfer them to Snapbridge app and Nikon Image, some of them are showed distorted like these two attached photos.. When I transfer them to my pc directly from the SD card everything is ok, so the problem probably is not coming from the camera..

 

I will be grateful for any help you can provide!
