Hi, I have a D3500 

 

And I Don´t Know How To Use A External Mic, Even thought I don´t know If I can a External Mic

The D3500 doesn't have a connector for an external mic so you can't use one

The D3500 doesn't support an external mic, like Bengan said. What you can do is to record sound on a phone or an external recorder. You can use the on-board sound as a reference for syncing in post.
