Hello,

I have a new D5600. I'm having trouble with the focus when I use my Nikkor AF-S 70-300mm ED lens.  When I zoom to 300mm, the image is fuzzy. If I zoom to 70mm, the focus is fine. I've tried switching to shutter speed priority in bright sunlight, with a shutter speed of 1/1250th and that doesn't help.

I put the same lens on my old D5000, and took photos of the same near, middle ground and distant objects. The D5000 focuses fine, but the D5600 fails when zooming on distant objects.

Thanks for your help.
