Not everyones cup of tea perhaps but i liked the almost infra red effect on the leaves, and the colours of the woman's clothing seemed to match the light and dark areas of the scene

That's what appeals to me as well: the IR-like interpretation of the scene. 

And the scene in itself as well, of course.

Yes, I dig that as well but I imported your jpg in my converter
and got results that kept the wanted effects but express them
in a mode spectacular way… again. just me! :P

I'm no post processing expert by no means I just fiddle with light dark and cropping.
I tried to put an emoticon thumbs up but couldn't work that out haha
