The crow capture is good but without the 3 distracting
white birds around, it would be very, very good.

Well executed Mike.  This is one instance where the white artifacts are not in my opinion distractions, but instead, enhancements where they create a very nice contrast to the whole image.  I would love to be able to capture birds in flight the way you folks do here.  I am lucky if I can capture them sitting still on a branch.
