Took an old D2x body from storage and find the autofocus thinks subjects are closer than they really are. Captures using manual focus show the sensor and focusing screen are tack sharp. The problem persists with several different lenses. I used an air squeeze bulb on the phase sensors to no effect. The camera seems to think objects are about half the distance from my subjects.

What do you think?

You cleaned the phase sensors, how about the sub-mirror?
