Nikon D610 ISO setting is stuck.....Please help

In the no flash automatic mode. The ISO will not go above ISO 1600. I have already set the ISO sensitivity settings to a maximum of 3200. Could the camera just be froze up on that setting?

Turn off AutoISO and see if the problem remains.  If you are using AutoISO the camera will choose an ISO up to the Max ISO you have selected.
