You have to go with 1080p 25, 30 for natural movement
or statics objects
60 for 80%, 100,120 fps for 50% slower motion
I'm new to z and video but my experience so far showed me that 4k video is great but will cost you around 1 GB memory for 1 minute video so 1080p is the best way for action and memory capacity in my opinion
Atomos ninja will give you an additional memory card slot through a cheapest ssd card plus focus peaking, zebras and many many other things for filmmaking
I'd like a atomos shinobi
I was shooting all day 6-8 hours shots and videos in 40 degrees weather yesterday
The z6 sucked almost 3 batteries , my 64 GB memory was full with around 30 minutes 1080p footage and 20-40 large raw 14bit images
I'm about to test the new 3.0 firmware
Hope I'll get some deer footage with the new update before I return it
