Hi I'm Hayley
I'm new to this forum. I own a Coolpix (Nikon) B500 camera (in red) , I love capturing nature and animals, I've come on here to get help with my camera, The firmware won't update. I've followed the instructions on the website but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated , Thankyou

Hello Hayley, and welcome to the forums.
I am not familiar with the B500, but the most common problem when updating firmware is that the file itself needs to be copied to the root of the file system on the card. The camera won't find the update file if it is in a folder.
