Bought a D600 used on Ebay. Camera in great condition but when I put my VR 16-85mm G lens on it the pictures, and the image I see in the viewfinder has a circular vignetting. This does not happen with any other lenses. I have a 80-200 2.8D, a VR18-55mm G and a Tokina SD12-24mm G. Many more settings on this camera vs my others. What could be the problem?

Thanks.

Are the 18-55 and 12-24 photos autocropped to DX? The 16-85 should crop to DX size automatically, just like your other two lenses unless the auto-crop is turned off in the camera and you just haven't set the other lenses to a heavily vignetting focal length.

The 80-200 is the only FX lens you have and the DX crop should activate automatically when you attach a DX lens unless you or the previous owner have set the Auto DX crop to off in the Image Area menu.
