Hello! I'm an avid photographer who does a little bit of everything (family portraits, landscapes, astrophotography, etc.). I've been in the hobby for 10 years, and have primarily used the D5000 series. I'm currently shooting with a D5600 w/ some very nice glass (5 lenses in total).

I'm considering upgrading to the D7500, but want some opinions on whether or not it's worth it. I'm completely familiar with all of the upgraded features. Being that they use the same sensor, I'm not sure if it's worth it. Have any of you upgraded, and if so, have you noticed any improvement(s) in image quality? Thanks in advance.

Why the D7500?  What is it you feel it will provide vs. the D5600?  As you will find in some of the other threads here, the D7200 is likely a better choice than the D7500 unless there are specific features you are looking at.  And the D500 is the top of the line in the DX bodies.  Of course there are also the full frame bodies.  Give us an idea of what is limiting you with the D5600 and what features you are looking for and that will make it easier for us to provide a recommendation.
