Hi All,

I have a D7500,  which I purchased a couple of years ago as an upgrade from my elderly D80, which had been around the world twice and to sea in a number of vessels.

Anyway,  I noticed on both cameras that in 'Auto' the white balance is very blue. It was suggested to me that this was to cater for the Asian market and different skin tones.  I have no idea if that is true or not, but I would like to be able to change the auto setting, and have not found how to yet.

It was suggested to me that Nikon might provide a download for the firmware that would adjust this for me,  yet I cannot find anything on this either.

Please could someone advise?

Many thanks

Steve
