Nice to see a commercial food shoot where the food looks like it would still be edible after the shoot. Doing without the tricks of the trade is much harder, but this looks nice.

Many thanks Peter!
These were taken at the client's place. I had the chef at my disposal,
the kitchen and the restaurant too. The chef and I planned the plates'
layout, I took care of the table and the photography.
After the shoot, my son insisted to have the desert… and got it!
