This is a shot taken along a creek not far from my house. Shot with Nikon D5300, AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm lens, 1/400 sec.,f/4.5 58mm, 450 ISO

Decent exposure it is and a nice scene too! :P

However, this rendition suggests a DR seen from the low key
side of it — and that make the image look a tad flat. Seen half
way from the high keys of the DR, it come alive and shows a
lot more details and dynamic in the colours and tones.

I tried in my converter and the difference is quite pleasing.
