I have 4 x D7000 nikons and seem to be unable to figure out how to lock (in manual mode) the shutter speed and the aperture selection. Say F/8 @ 250.... Necessary after determining the correct exposure on set for portrait production at subject point. It's very easy to roll the two thumbwheels by accident - therefore changing your calibrated exposure setting. (After doing a careful exposure reading and custom white balance of course!) Locking this - is possible on my D500 and 800...but I can't figure it out on the 7000's. Anyone know the secret menu dive to get er done? Thought I'd ask. Thanks!
