I just bought a used Nikon D600 this week and need assistance. When using autofocus when I press the shutter to take a picture nothing happens, only the AF Assist illumination light comes on. When I switch the camera to manual focus and take a picture the shutter fires. The camera has aprox only 8,900 shutter presses. If I switch the camera to live view while I’m autofocus a a red box appears in the center and turns green. Any thoughts? I currently tested using a 70-300 4.5-6.3 g lens (dx). I have also used a Nikon 17-35 2.8 lens.
