I use a Tamrac Anvil 27 for a similar load. I tried lots of Lowepro and Crumpler backpacks before I found the Tamrac and they just weren't comfortable on the back with that heavy load. The harness on a Tamrac is much more adjustable than on most other camera backpacks.

Have a look at the Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW. It will hold all your gear.
