hi everyone,

I am helping my boss with his Nikon D850 and I cannot figure some things out. he has it set to shoot only raw nef files, but when I went to download new pictures from his memory card, it still looks like the camera has created nefs AND jpegs. this has happened a few times recently. he has updated the firmware so I am not sure what is going wrong.

 

also, is there a way to batch unlock every photo he locks IN camera? to unlock it in the camera all at once instead of one by one. I know how to unlock files once they're on the computer. he specifically asked me to see if it can be done in camera.
