d3300 buttons controls

D3300 with a 18/300 lens and a flash....in manual mode....

 

I was doing a shoot, when we paused to view some of the shots, Suddenly NONE of the buttons worked.

Could NOT view, scroll, menu, change settings, NOTHING.

All the control buttons stoped working.....

It will take a photos BUT cannot changed Shutter speed or ISO, only Aperture.....

Attached are 2 images highlighted to show what does NOT work,

 

Any HELP or advice on how to reset the camera would be greatly appreciated.
