Please, help with any suggestions!
Auto focus work fine with my Nikon 24-70mm lens until I put on a Tamron 70-200mm Di VC USD lens to try out and found auto focus function not working( could hear a little sound coming out from the lens while half press on camera focus button)
Taking off the Tamron lens and putting the Nikon 24-70mm lens back on and found the auto focus is not working anymore! What should I do now?

Check the Back of the lens and see if the focus screw will turn freely using a small screwdirver.  this is where the camera body mechanically connects to the lens.  If the lens has it's own internal motor then nevermind.  Sounds like a lens issue it could be stuck or something.  I've had lenses that will attempt to focus but the internal auto focus will not mesh and some of the parts need to be replaced.  Probably not the camera but clean you contacts on the camera body and lens to insure good comms between the two.
