Does Snapbridge have a video capture mode or not?

  Snapbridge is sort of glitchy but has promise and I have hopes of being able to use it with my D500 when the camera is up on a gimbal.  Some documentation I've found says the D500 is supported, and it is, connects perfectly to my Iphone.  One the compatiblity list I found it also says a video capture mode is available for the D500 yet other bit of documentation says Snapbridge doesn't do video.   Can someone clear up this confusion.
