I have a 11-16mm lens and a 18-300mm lens. if using a 10 stop ND filter what lens?

Or is it depending on the scene I want to shoot.

Reason I ask is I don't want to buy two filters (I only want screw on) as there too expensive.

Thank You

The wider the focal length, the more possible issues with ND filters. But you can certainly use one filter on both lenses by purchasing the larger filter and using a step up ring with it on the smaller lens.
