Looks like there's been a Canada wide discount on the item, down to $209

Still a bit rich for my blood but I wonder if I should bite....

That's a good price...I have one on each of my D600s...for me, its easier to hold and gives me the extra battery life.  The other shutter release is nice too, but the other two are the biggies for me...don't forget to plan on AA batteries or another standard battery if you decide to buy...

Just ordered the one from ebay that comes with 2 batteries. Will be interesting to see how it is. I'll let you know if it's any good. :)

I would love to have the real grip, but I use a generic.  It's not balanced right, but it does the job.  The battery life on these cameras is so good already.  I can almost shoot for a month on one battery.

My Battery Grip arrived 2 weeks early... woo hoo!

It came with Battery grip, 2 spare batteries (I already have 2 so I now have 4 batteries) and an infra red remote (bonus I didn't know about and now have 2)... so that was $75 all up including shipping form ebay.

Got to be happy with that. Going to go out and see how it works. :)

Been using the battery grip and it is working great. Having the 2 extra batteries is also a bonus. I picked up a D7000 body but it came with no battery and I was lucky because its the same battery as the D600. Woo Hoo. :)
