I have a CoolPix B500.  Yesterday, after taking about 3 pictures, it would 'lock' up.  The display still worked real time, but I couldn't turn the camera off, or zoom, take a picture - nothing.  I have to take the batteries out, put back in and turn the camera back on for it to work.  Camera is just shy of 2 years old.  Also unable to connect to Snapbridge after un/re-installing the app.  Both problems occured yesterday at same time.  Can anyone advise?

Is your Lens stuck when it happens? The only thing I've read about this has to do with a sticky or stuck lens.
