Thanks, I've used a D7000 for it and wasn't that happy, hence the query, as reports say it's the same focus module or something.

Understand...kind of feels like it is better to me than the D7000...not sure that it is...either way, I think I'm getting a higher percentage with the D600, but some of that I know is my improvement and I think some comes from the different angles / settings that I'm using now...

The D7000 had back focus issues.  The D600 uses the same module, but it's been tweaked, I guess, all I know is it works much better.
