Hi, New to Nikon DSLR... just bought a D200 and a Nikon 18-70mm G f/3.5-4.5

I wanting to get a few batteries because I don't know how old the one with the camera is.. (Nikon OEM)

Looking for what brand to get that has a good track record.

I don't have the MB-200 grip yet...

Nikon EN-EL3E Battery

Never used them so I can't say how good or bad they are.

Thanks.... didn't know Duracell made these... I guess the D700 helps being a more current body.

When you get the grip, if it can hold the AA batteries,
I recommend the Eneloop Pro… great stuff!

No plans for the grip... In the USA Enloop are hard to find..... Lithium AA/AAA are in many brands.

I've been getting Enloops for my speedlights and radio triggers from B&H Photo. I have seen them in stores but you're right about them being scarce compared to Lithium batteries. In the past I've used Energizer Lithium AA's in my grips on occasion because of how light they are. The only downside to them, aside from the cost, is that when they go, they usually go all at once.
