Sometime before midnight (whatever time zone you are in) this Sunday, 6 January 2019, post the best photo you have taken this week. Any subject, any style—just give us your best shot.

If you can, list your EXIF info and any special lighting setups you may have used.

2 image stack, Shot in AP at F16, 1/2Sec, @ 16mm, 0.0ev, 100iso, CPL filter.  Processed in Paintshop Pro to reduce highlights only.  (I thought I was shooting RAW but was in jpg, rolls eyes at stupid mistake)

Beautiful light and color, Fletch. That's a lovely scene--wish I was there!

Thanks, I had to tone down the highlights as even with the cpl they were to bright.

New Years resolution:  Take more pictures and post when I do.

Here is my favorite from the week.  Ice Sculpturing at the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago.

The only photography I've done this week was for my son's company.  Another custom motorcycle completed.

I thought I would take a photo of most of the parts that will go into my Axis-inspired guitar.

I’ll go for this one, for the cuteness factor...

Ever since the Bering Sea ice finally arrived a few weeks ago, I haven't really been out all that much with my camera to take any photos. Thought I'd see if I yould find an interesting shot with a sun dog that was out today and found this at the beach.

That is a great shot!  I had to look up "sun dog" as I had not heard the term before.  Nice work.

It's been a hectic holiday season but I hope to get some more time for photography. This is a little late for last weeks entries but I kinda like it and want to share I call it "The snows of winter"
