I've been huffin' an' puffin' an' sweating the whole three seasons
between the winters… so I'll enjoy this.

It went very fast from +2 to -17°C last night and that triggered the
formation of these frost flowers at the marsh.

Thanks both of you! :P

-17°K? :o

-17°C isn't that bad, unless the humidity is high... I wish it could get cold and stay cold here. The thermometer is behaving like a yo-yo, +5°C one day, -7°C the next and then above freezing again. This makes for a miserable winter as the wet never condenses out of the air and the streets get very slippery on the freezing days.

Nice photos, though.

As you know, cold air contains little water … but, by the marsh
and the river, things are different and sometimes spectacular.

At the end of yesterday afternoon, it snow very gently with sun-
shine??? I went out to see and there were no clouds… just the
gentle snow for about an hour —good for two cm.

Now, the frost flowers are gone; it is +3!
