I have Coolpix B700 and take a lot of videos of wildlife from my kitchen widow which means the camera picks up the ambient sounds, I strip them out using MKVToolNix but wondered if it were possible to turn off the microphone, I have look in the manual and oddly I suspect this cannot be done but perhaps, hopefully I am wrong?
