Very nice! HDR, right?

This was at EPCOT last weekend.

Thanks Alden...  Nice images, I can't wait to go back!!!

All PP was done entirely in LR5. I guess it's called a pseudo hdr image. I think it looks cool and different!

Theses are great shots, I have a local, firework display to go to on Tuesday , but the weather here is rubbish, lots of wind and even more rain! So I'm not sure I'll even get any shots at all, if I do they may just be pictures of coloured sparks being blown way across the sky. Lol! :) fingers crossed.

Your photo is amazing. Is it really a result of post processing of one raw photo?

Thank you and yes. Only one raw file!

Here's a screenshot LR5 when the file was processed.

Lovely shot and great processing - I like the use of the crowd at the bottom the image to give some scale/perspective - very nice!

Having been to a few Disney firework displays, I have been spoiled for life, when watching any other displays. I really like Disney and your photo is great and agree with Alden, the original was a great shot. Did you use a tripod?

Thanks! The camera was setup before the show on a tripod, also used a cable release and manual focus.

I note that you used a 24mm lens. Can you provide more details on the lens and it was my understanding that the D7000 was not a full frame camera.

Hi, I used the 14-24 f/2.8 lens @ 24mm for the photo. And yes, the D7000 is a DX format sensor camera. I used the D700 and that one has a full frame body. Hope this helps!

I have just been looking through the other Disney photos you took and well impressed. You made me want to visit one of the Disney sites again either in Paris or in the States. You must have been getting out very early and staying late as there does not appear to be many people around.

Great image and post work. Fits right in with that Disney look and feel.
