Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble finding solutions to this issue so I hope someone can help. This issue just started yesterday where the top info screen on my D7500 remains on after I shut the camera off, with all info still displayed. Everything else on the camera turns off fine, but that screen won't turn off unless I take the battery out and reinsert, but then the issue starts up again if I turn the camera on. Thanks in advance!

I think all Nikon cameras are like this by design.

I'm aware that some of the info should stay displayed, but in this case everything is still displayed, including shutter speed and aperture. It appeared to also drain the battery. This is definitely a new issue.
