The rainbow seems to have chosen the right place!
Are these people really going there on their knees as seen on the left, Irwin?

I think the WB is a tad on the magenta side… maybe you could use the lar-

ger building wall on the right to correct that.

Yep, they are on their knees to ask for healing or forgiveness.

 

I'm not that skilled with photo editing so when I had the buildings correct the sky was way-way off and after correcting the sky the building were off.  I left it at that as the rainbow was my target on the shot. I may give it another try later on.

WB is applied once and to the whole picture when,

like here, only one light source was at work.
