Lens: Canon EF-S 55~250mm, IS,II, Lens. Camera: Canon EOS Rebel T5 Photo Location: Neighborhood ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/60s Aperture: F6.3

Focal Length 194mm, Manual Exposure Mode, No flash and used Multi-Segment Metering. This image is truly Straight Out Of Camera. I was tempted to add some brightness, but then after studying it a bit longer, I thought: Why would I want botch up something so magnificent?

Thanks so much for viewing.

TT

I am sure that with such a little black nose in the middle

of your fury face, you found a way to keep it for yourself.

Greetings, Someone on another Forum accused me of lying about the image being straight out of camera because there appeared to be sharpening artifacts at the bottom of one leaf.  I did not do any sharpening.  I believe the artifact, (if it is an artifact) was because of a dark subject against a contrasty background and using a telephoto lens.  It just isn't worth getting into an inflammatory exchange with anyone, so I deleted it.

Thanks very much for your kind words.  Tony

I would reconsider — and not only because Fletch saw something

"perfect" and I did not, jealous!

Nobody needs the aggravation of inflammatory exchanges but there

is something to learn when more experienced members give critique

that may confirm either statement and explain why.

Nikon shooter, you are correct, however that was not the scenario.  This individual did not offer any other possibilities, just came flat out and called me a liar.  I am I believe, a very open minded person, but such an attack on my character as this was, there was no other option than to just cut it short.  Thanks very much for your input.  Regards,  Tony

I understand that, I just did the same thing after two years being an

active member of another forum. But what happens somewhere

should stay there and not affect what happens here!

… and I'm still jealous! :P

Sir, I have had issues with folks on this site as well.  Just because of a difference of opinion, I was blackballed without inquiring what my intention was.  I was even accused at one time of actually stealing someone else's photograph and of course, there just had to be a sarcastic, cutting remark which was totally unnecessary.  So, that's my story and I am sticking to it.:))  Thanks again, Tony
