I see that Capture NX-D has been bumped up to 1.5.0 and that control points are back.

 

Has anyone played with this yet. If so, what's the verdict?

I am installing it now. I hope it is not one step forward and two back again with .0 releases from Nikon's software department.

you sir are the man for sharing the update. now have great week and share some great photo's.i been luck to have local college does not charge for games and let me buddy or family members take photo of games. i share them since great learn tool.

After playing around with it, it seems that they, for once, haven't crashed something else when adding something new. We still haven't got the full U-point technology back, but it works.

found huge flaw for some reason if make change in this program when you go to viewnx-i it can not see photo or file. since said not supported. so do not do any change in nx-d if want to use viewnx-i or can not read file any more. looks like another update on the way.
