In July and at the beginning of August I was in Africa visiting Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls). It was a magical trip. Seeing wild animals which I usually see only on TV it made me fall in love with them even more. They are all spectacular! Here are a few images, all taken with Nikon d810 and Tamron 150-600 G2:

#2 African elephant

#3 Kudu

#4 Lilac Breasted Roller

#5 Female black rhino

PS: I have uploaded some images to 500px and I was wondering how can I paste links here? Thank you for your help.

Nice work, Urban!

Can 500px output BBCode for forum publication? If not, here is an online html to BBCode converter: HTML To BB Code Converter

Once you have workable BBCode, just paste it where you want the photo.

Thank you for your kind words, Peter! I was quite pleased with images I was able to take. Before this trip I haven't shot many animals in the wild.

I can only embed image from 500px to a website using a code they provide. I am not sure this would work on a forum.

That is where the converter comes in handy. The converter strips off all the html and converts it to a bulletin-board friendly piece of code. I don't know if it works in this instance, but it might be worth a try.

I agree with everyone else. Very nice work, Urban!

I especially liked the photo of the two elephants but then I'm a sucker for those guys anyway.

Thank you, Ron! I appreciate your kind words. Elephants are amazing animals. I will post some more photos in the next few days.

A few more from Africa. These images were taken on a boat cruise in Chobe National Park, Botswana.
