Hi,

I have had a Coolpix P530 for a while now. I usually have to manually adjust the exposure to -0.7 when taking a photo in any mode to get the result I want.

I would like to know if there is anywhere in the settings where I could set this to default? I have had a good look but cannot see any way of doing this.

It would save me time as the only other option is to adjust them on the laptop when downloading.

Many thanks,

Mark

You should not in any case!

The EV compensation is YOUR way to maintain the control

over your camera.

Sometimes an EV+ and others EV- will be required and you

should have the decision over that… just like I do! :P

Not sure if this will help you.  Default Settings - Nikon Coolpix P530 Reference Manual [Page 84] | ManualsLib
